DLM designed and manufactured a unique custom compressive monitoring system, capable of measuring compressive loads up to 1200t.
Utilising 4 x 300t DLM Compressive Load Cells each individual load was recorded on individual panel meters with a totalised view also shown on a separate panel meter. Packaged in a rugged Peli case with viewing window it was specially designed for harsh environments.
The display was capable of internally data logging the load readings against time as well as having the capability to remotely access the display data via a PC’s web browser using an Ethernet port and cable.
The internal data logs could be accessed using the web browser interface and downloaded as .CSV files for manipulation in Excel.
