We are looking for talented individuals and as a DLM Employee you will:

• Be empowered to work on you own ideas with guidance and support from qualified Staff and
  Engineers.
• Have the opportunity to work on exciting new projects and have the freedom to help develop
  the next generation of Load Cells and Load Monitoring products.
• Work with our distributors and agents at key global locations
• Play a vital role in the successful growth of a rapidly expanding company.

You will need to be:

• Self motivated and open to ideas and new ways of doing things
• Keen to learn and willing to work in small highly motivated teams
• Ambitious with a desire to succeed and deliver projects on time
• Most importantly, have a sense of humour and a positive outlook!
