We’re looking for an exceptional Financial Controller to take the reins of our finance function – someone who thrives on accuracy, loves turning numbers into insight, and can help steer our growth journey with strategic financial leadership.

What you’ll do:
– Deliver precise, timely monthly management accounts and financial commentary to guide strategic decisions.
– Own and improve financial processes – from budgeting and forecasting to cash flow management and variance analysis.
– Partner with directors to provide proactive insights, risk identification, and recommendations.
– Ensure smooth financial operations, from invoicing and reconciliations to supplier payments and credit control.
– Drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all financial activities.
What we’re looking for:
– Proven experience as a Financial Controller (or senior finance role) with strong management accounting skills.
– Advanced Xero and Excel expertise.
– A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement.
– Strong communication skills – able to present numbers in a way that tells a compelling story.
– A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growing SME environment.
